The Olde Walkerville Theatre

ACT’s Best-in-Theatre is a brand new musical theatre competition for emerging talent in Windsor-Essex. Auditions will take place February 16th at the Olde Walkerville Theatre and the best 15 - 20 students will be asked to compete in ACT’s Best-in-Theatre. Students will have the opportunity to work with mentors who will guide them through performance techniques, give feedback on song selections, facilitate character development, and give tips on how to stand out in a competition.

The competition will take place on Saturday, March 4 at the Olde Walkerville Theatre. Contestants will perform 2 songs for a panel of judges, who will select the best 3 performers. The winners will each receive a cash prize. There will also be an audience choice award.
