How to purchae

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present the following:

  • Your valid photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.

  • Your online E-Ticket or receipt showing your name and event barcode.

The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from The Olde Walkerville Theatre. Unfortunately, our Box Office does not mail tickets, and tickets purchased online cannot be exchanged for physical tickets. All funds through online sales are taken in Canadian currency.

Most events are all-ages, but please phone our box office at 519-253-2929 or email info@oldewalkervilletheatre.com to confirm.

As is standard throughout the entertainment industry, there are NO REFUNDS issues for tickets purchases. All ticket purchases are final sale.

PARKING

All street parking is FREE after 6pm as well as Sunday's and holidays.

There are several municipal parking lots along Wyandotte Street within a 1-5 minute walk of the theatre. 

​

Parking can also be found on side streets and multiple large parking lots on Assumption Street (1 block behind theatre).
