Our theatre is very unique since our main floor is flat concrete we are able to accommodate multiple different seating and event layouts! Our mezzanine (bar level) and main floor allow you to create virtually any setup! Whether your hosting a vendor showcase, a stand-up only concert, an elegant dinner theatre with tables or a typical seated concert our theatre is the perfect space. Want to mix things up? Create a stand-up dance party on the main floor and have red velvet plush seating available in the balcony as well!
The possibilities are endless! Best part is - no extra cost for any setup!

The Booking Process:

Review our venue rental information page

Contact Jon (Event Coordinator) with details about your event and dates that you may be interested in. At this time we may schedule a meeting to hear more about your event and give you a tour of our theatre

Once the date is confirmed, please download and fill out the Rental Agreement and Box Office Form

Once received, a 50% non-refundable rental deposit invoice will be sent (comes off total rental cost at end of event).

When you send us your deposit please also send us any promotional materials for the event including a hi-res 11" x 17" PDF poster, 1-2 paragraph description about the event and ticketing pricing for ticket design/sales
